ABOUT MATT MATTHEWS

Matt Matthews has been making people believe in magic since he was a kid, and he hasn't stopped since! A professional magician since 2013, Matt has performed thousands of shows across Connecticut, New York, and Massachusetts, bringing his blend of comedy and magic to birthday parties, libraries, schools, and corporate events. He has been featured in publications such as Daily Nutmeg, Hometown Weekly, The Patch, and MUM Magazine, the official publication of the Society of American Magicians.

His clients include McDonalds, ShopRite, Standard Oil, Wayback Burgers, and scores of municipalities, libraries, and school districts across New England - many of whom keep bringing him back, year after year!
In addition to performing, Matt is a contributor to the art of magic itself. He serves as Vice President of Assembly 127 of the Society of American Magicians, and sits on the Board of Directors of NEMCON (the New England Magicians Conference), a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to growing the art of magic. As a NEMCON board member, Matt oversees and edits the annual NEMCON Lecture Notes. He is also the author of The Magic Party, a self-published comic book that teaches kids how to do magic, originally funded through a successful Kickstarter campaign.
Magic isn't just something Matt does. It's something he's been building his whole life.
